Due to the nature of the services provided by Spiritually Bratty™, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, readings, 1:1 sessions, Brat Letters, or subscription services.
Why No Refunds?
My work is deeply intuitive, energetically channeled, and tailored to your unique essence. Because of that, all services require time, energy, and preparation before delivery — and once accessed or scheduled, they cannot be “returned.”
If you:
-Miss your scheduled appointment
-Change your mind after purchase
-Don't vibe with the message or outcome…there will still be no refund.
Trust that what comes through is what your spirit needed, not always what your ego expected
✨Rescheduling:
For eligible services like live 1:1 sessions, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be denied.
Digital Products:
Once a digital item (like a Brat Letter, PDF, or email reading) is delivered, it is considered used and non-refundable.
